We provide the following two services from our main office in the greater Richmond, VA area as well as the office in Blackstone, VA:
We treat people of all ages, except for infants (2 years old and under).
We work with many senior and disabled patients, and are willing to make special accommodations such as house calls for patients who are not capable of traveling to the office (for an additional fee).
There are three important considerations when selecting help for hearing or speech problems:
EXPERIENCE – The owner of EAHS, Elizabeth (Betty) Anderson, has over 40 years of experience providing hearing and speech services. She holds a dual Master’s Degree in Audiology and Speech Pathology from U.Va., and a Doctoral Degree in Audiology from the A.T. Still School of Health Sciences.
BEDSIDE MANNER – It is very important for the patient to feel that the person providing hearing or speech treatment really cares about them as a person. As a small family-owned business, we care deeply about all of our patients. We always go the extra mile to ensure your happiness with the results (including house calls for an additional fee for those who cannot travel to the office).
TECHNOLOGY – We use the latest in cutting edge technology including a full line of hearing aids from all of the major vendors as well as the revolutionary SpeechEasy device to help with stuttering.
The best predictor of future performance is past performance. Please take a moment to review the testimonials from some of our patients.
Please feel free to give us a call – we will be happy to discuss your situation over the telephone at no charge before scheduling an appointment.
